Refund & Return Policy

At Shrishti Jewels, we take great care in delivering products of the highest quality. Each item is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you face an issue, please go through our detailed refund and return terms below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damage or manufacturing defect.

  • Products are not returnable for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design/size/colour, or general wear and tear.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Replacement Policy

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement of the same product.

  • If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.

3. Proof Required (Unboxing Video)

  • To process any claim, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing:

    1. The package in unopened condition from all sides.

    2. The unsealing/unboxing process in full.

    3. The damaged or defective item clearly visible.

  • Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

  • As we do not offer pickup service, customers must arrange return shipping of the product to our address.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, certificates, and tags included.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm approval/rejection of your claim.

5. Timelines for Reporting Issues

  • Any damage or defect must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims raised beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

  • Once your return is approved, the replacement/refund process will take 7–10 working days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of sending the damaged item back is to be borne by the customer.

  • We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement back to you.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return/replacement.
