I just received my order and as soon as I opened the package, the stone had already fallen out. The packaging was very poor. The jewellery was placed in a zip-lock bag, which doesn’t protect it properly. Please consider providing a small plastic box to keep the items safe. I hope you improve your packaging, otherwise you may risk losing customers.
