When I received the product it was damaged and nobody seems to solve the issue by sending a genuine person to repair it after sending repeated messages..:-(((

The chain was broken as soon as it was worn as the beads were chained through a thin thread and the thread broke due to the locket weight. Difficult to return and get a refund or exchange too.
